We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

A product is out of stock or no longer available
A pricing or product description error has occurred
We are unable to verify your payment or delivery details

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, however delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the supplier, and factors outside our control such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
